On May 17, 2018, China (wuzhen) dimensional security technology application conference was held in Wuzhen, a well-known cyber security conference city. This conference took "building three-dimensional security for a safe China" as the theme, and invited guests from government departments, enterprises and scholars to exchange views. As one of the highlights of this conference, the setting of round table forum on "three-dimensional security" caught more attention. Dr. Zhou Zhanggui, the Executive Director of OSS International Collaboration Center addressed a speech on the forum.
