The 2nd International Forum on Non-Traditional Security (Hangzhou) was opened in Hangzhou on November 9-10th, 2019, with the theme of "Non-traditional Security and Protection of Overseas Interests", sponsored by Zhejiang Association of Security Technology & Protection, The Center for Non-traditional Security and Peaceful Development Studies, Zhejiang University and OSS International Collaboration Center, in conjunction with CGE Peace Development Foundation.

100+ experts and scholars from international organizations, security technology industry, security service industry and well-known research institutions participated in the forum to exchange views on digital and intelligent security and overseas security service and best practices of private security service.
